i had a great stay at cardano hotel malpensa. the staff were super friendly and the free shuttle made airport transfers a breeze. the location is perfect since it's so close to the airport. the outdoor pool area was nice for relaxing after my flight.

While the room was comfortable and clean, the experience quickly declined due to staff insensitivity during a shuttle issue. A minor bathroom delay for my daughter led to heated arguments with the receptionist and driver, culminating in rudeness and a dismissive attitude. The porter also neglected to assist with essential luggage, which added to our frustration. Unfortunately, these negative interactions overshadowed an otherwise pleasant environment and facilities.
